Collect and submit class notes for the Alumni Newsletter.
Keep the Alumni and Development Office updated on addresses, phone numbers and e-mails.

Memorial Correspondents:
Collect and submit obituaries for the Alumni Newsletter.
Keep the Alumni and Development Office informed of class and spousal information/obituaries.

Bulk Mailing Assistants:
Label the Alumni Newsletter for mailing.
Label and stuff various mailings throughout the year.

Reunion

Reunion Chairs:
Work with your class secretary and the Alumni and Development staff to encourage classmates to attend their reunion.
Assist in setting class goals for the reunion attendance and for the class gift.
Build enthusiasm and interest by contacting classmates by mail and/or email.  The Alumni and Development Office will provide full support in this effort.
