A deposit of 20% of tuition is required due by May 15th.  The balance of tuition is due before arrival. The deposit is refundable if the student cancels for any reason up to 30 days before the start of the program.
 
Each student must have comprehensive medical insurance.  For international students, we can help arrange medical insurance coverage through our carrier.  For domestic students, proof of medical coverage along with a copy of the plan ID card is required.
 
Personal Gear:  Parents should expect to pay an additional $300 to $400 on personal gear and clothing for their youth. This will include a sleeping bag, appropriate footwear, and clothing for extended backcountry travel.  We will send a complete gear list with suggestions for trustworthy suppliers and brands upon acceptance into the program.
