Graphic Design

Graphic Design gives you a deep understanding of the design thinking process used in everything from corporate branding, books and magazines, advertising, packaging, web design, and motion graphics. Students create innovative solutions for print and digital media in our state-of-the-art design lab where they use emerging technologies to design and learn about the business and future of the graphic design industry. This program also runs a chapter of Future Business Leaders of America as a community-facing “company” called LIDS (Lyndon Institute Design Studio), through which students interact with real clients to scope, build, and iterate design work.

Students enrolled in the Graphic Design CTE program also earn college academic credits through the Lyndon Learning Collaborative.

Dual Enrollment

Students enrolled in many of the CTE programs automatically earn college credit for their work. In partnership with the Community College of Vermont (CCV), students graduate from their CTE program with the credits from two or more courses, which can be transferred to any accredited college in the US.
