Dr. John H. Elliott Memorial Library

The Dr. John H. Elliott Memorial Library is currently a three floor space designed to meet the flexible information literacy needs of the 21st century student. There are laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, and iPads available to students for use in the library as well as high speed wireless internet and a secure network. Finished in 2012, the top floor boasts the Monahan Academic Commons, a space dedicated to collaborative learning. The print fiction collection, along with the Downs Collection of American History and the Traveres Collection of American Literature are available for check-out.

The Seaver Seminar Room on the second floor draws classes to its state of the art seminar table that allows for Socratic discussions. Students can give presentations on their iPads, utilizing the room's Apple TV and flat screen monitor to do so. The library's print Literature, History, and Biography sections can be found on this floor.

On the ground floor faculty and students have access to the Simpson Digital Classroom with two 55" flat screen monitors and surround sound, designed to make presentations comfortable and accessible for every learner. There are several conference rooms available on this floor for designated student collaborative learning. The remainder of the nonfiction section and the map collection can be found on this floor.
