The Lyndon Institute Booster Club is actively seeking new board members. Board members work on a volunteer basis; you can volunteer as much or as little time that works for you.
The board meets once a month during the school year. These meetings are usually after 5:00 pm and last 1-2 hours.
What does the Booster Club do you ask? We run the concession stand at football and basketball games. The money generated is used to support our student-athletes.
To follow is a list of items the Booster Club has supported over the last several years:
- Senior Night recognition awards
- Replacement of the banners in Alumni Gym
- Championship jackets
- New dugouts
- New batting cage nets
- Basketball shoot away
- Timing apparatus for alpine skiing
- Resurfacing the softball field
- Benches for the field hockey & soccer fields
This is just a short list of recent items. There is so much more!
If you enjoy giving a little of yourself to support our Lyndon Institute students, please join us at our next meeting to find out what being a Booster Club Volunteer is all about!!
