Lyndon Institute
An independent day and boarding school for grades 9 - 12 located in northeastern Vermont

Dining on Campus

In partnership with Green Mountain Farm-to-School, Lyndon Institute strives to source food that is as local as possible. Our dining hall serves food from a variety of local sources including our very own garden as well as a number of local farms. We also participate in the Harvest of the Month program, which promotes the use of local, seasonal Vermont foods.

Lyndon Institute has been recognized as a leader in the local foods movement and we strive to share our values with our students because we believe that if we can change the way that kids eat and think about food, we can have a positive impact not just on their health but also on the sustainability of our regional Vermont Farms.

Lyndon Institute offers lunch to all day students. Breakfast items (bagels, muffins, and drinks) are also made available in the morning for breakfast.
