    2025 - 2026
    Head Coach: Jack Harris

Lyndon Institute’s Track and Field team competes in Vermont’s Division II league. Training begins in March and our team also participates in strength training with a professional service (XIP Training Systems). There is an average of nine meets during the regular season, which starts in late April and ends in early June.

Head Coach Jack Harris was named the boys Track Coach of the Year in 2016. That was also the year the LI boys indoor track team won the Division II State Championship at Norwich University when they doubled the score of the second-place team.

Coach Harris started volunteering with the Lyndon Institute track teams in 2005, was hired as assistant coach in 2007, and head coach in 2010.
